Since you’re new here, I made a quick video to get you oriented to the site, to me, and the kinds of things you can learn here. I want to keep this as close to personal as we can get and I think one of the best ways to do that is to get in front of a camera and talk. It’s as close to one-on-one as we can get on the web.

    I gotta couple of questions for you:

    What are you doing right now that works? Start there. Do more of that?

    Who are your highest paying customers right now? How can you get more of them?
